Exchanges/Cancellations:

An order can ONLY be cancelled if it has not been shipped. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Our processing time is 2-5 business days. 

Mary Kathryn Design does not accept returns but we do accept exchanges within 15 days of purchase.

We allow exchanges only if product is returned in new condition with original packaging and price tags. We ask that you please send back original receipt of purchased item.

If you have an exchange a gift card or app account credit will be issued to you once we receive return.

REPAIRS:

Mary Kathryn Design repairs ALL Mary Kathryn Design jewelry no matter where it was purchased- directly through us or one of our retailers.

If you have a repair, repairs may take up to 5-7 business days, once repaired we will send back to you with free shipping.

Please include return name and address for your repaired jewelry to be sent back.

Repairs do NOT include extra pieces that you may have lost. If you lose an earring we cannot replace it- this is only for damages.
